The City of Rochester is asking for the public’s feedback on what to prioritize in the next budget. Members of the city’s Office of Management and Budget will be at the Westside Farmers Market at the St. Monica’s Church parking lot from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday to hear from people.
The city says the feedback will help to guide its spending plan for the 2027 to 2028 fiscal year, which begins next July 1. The city plans to make its budget public and submit it to Rochester City Council in May.
There’s also an online budget survey you can take. It will remain open through Nov. 9. The survey asks residents for feedback on a range of city services and programs aiming to boost quality of life.
