Fans of Dancing with the Stars‘ Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert got a nice surprise on Oct. 4 when the former marked a special milestone for their baby daughter, Everley, by sharing a new rare photo of the little one.
Hough took to Instagram to post the snap, with the picture showing the dancer holding his daughter in his arms. Everley’s back is to the camera, and fans can see Hough’s face as he looks lovingly at her. Hough wrote in the caption, “9 months ❤️ she’s getting too big.”
Hough’s sister and fellow dancer, Julianne Hough, commented on the sweet photo to say, “I love her so much ❤️.”
Fans loved getting to see the meaningful moment and many complimented Hough on the photo. “Parenthood looks great on you…it’s a new awakening❤️,” declared one fan, while another said, “You can tell you love her, she’s a lucky little lady!?.”
Many more warned Hough to cherish this time, speaking from experience about how fast time goes by when raising children. These replies included, “Next time you turn around, she’ll be in school…it goes sooooo fast,” and “Hold on tightly @derekhough because they do grow so quickly and every moment presents something memorable.”
