Sun’s out, guns out! Ryan Seacrest, 51, set the internet ablaze by posting two shirtless photos on Saturday, October 3, under the guise of sharing “what a day off looks like from start to finish.”
The first pic revealed the American Idol and Wheel of Fortune host’s chiseled, tan torso and muscular arms during a break from a trail workout on his Eliptigo stand-up bike. The second photo appeared to be taken at night on the same trail, with Seacrest — shirtless again — looking up at the moon.
The internet did not disappoint with its reactions to Seacrest’s six-pack, from some serious swooning to total disbelief, including a comment from actor Colin Ford that said, “Ok seacrest, save some for the rest of us.”
TV personality Debbie Matenopoulos quipped, “Holy hot stuff Ryan! ?” and celebrity dentist Dr. Jon Marashi lamented, “Apparently your cold plunge is working much better than mine!”
Canadian TV chef Dina Pugliese-Mirkovich wrote, “I look exactly like this without all of the muscley ripply bits and more squishy bits made out of pasta and pizza and potatoes stuffed into spanx. But other than that. Twins ?♀️. ?”
Seacrest’s chest and nipples got an abundance of attention, including from someone who wrote, “And your nips can double as a sun dial! ?” and another who wisecracked, “Dang daddy is it cold?”
Another person acknowledged, “Shredded Ryan, great work, I see your hard work and as @drewhanlen says, I see your unseen hours. Six pack season. ????”
This is not the first time Seacrest has revealed his impressive workout results. The On-Air with Ryan Seacrest host has shared many insights into his unconventional and intense training in the last several years, including underwater weightlifting. In his post, Seacrest tagged his trainer, Dodd Romero, who has also worked with Jennifer Lopez and Lenny Kravitz.
Some fans have raised concerns recently about Seacrest looking too thin, especially in his face, but those comments have clearly not slowed the host down in his impressive fitness journey.
