ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Trillium Health has opened a new health center on Jefferson Avenue, marking its third medical site in the area.
The new facility features six exam rooms and offers family medicine, behavioral health and supportive services. Patients will also have access to programs like free home delivery of medications and help with insurance, food, housing and transportation.
“Today also represents an important milestone in Trillium Health’s history. In January 2025, Trillium Health became a federally qualified health center. As part of that designation, we pledged to expand access to health care and serve more patients throughout the greater Rochester community,” said Jason Barnecut-Kearns, president and CEO of Trillium.
Trillium Health expects to serve about 3,000 more patients at this location, adding to the nearly 16,000 patients it sees each year.
The new health center aims to expand access to care and support for families in the Rochester area.
