GENEVA, N.Y. — Geneva City Council member Ahmad Whitfield was arrested again for failing to appear in court, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Geneva police arrested Whitfield, 46, on Wednesday on a bench warrant. Ontario County sheriff’s deputies said he did not show up in court Tuesday.
State police said Whitfield was caught selling cocaine and fentanyl in January. Deputies say he didn’t appear for the following charges:

He was arraigned on Thursday on the new charge and released.
