Is The Traitors on tonight?
No! The Traitors: New Blood is taking the week off, and there will be no new episode on Thursday, Oct. 1.
Why is The Traitors not on tonight?
While some reality TV fans may compare watching shows like The Traitors to sports, the show is taking a backseat this week to sports proper. With NBC acquiring the rights to postseason baseball, they blocked out their programming this week for coverage of the MLB wildcard games. Unfortunately, that means many shows like The Traitors: New Blood had to put things off a week. The irony, of course, is that with the New York Yankees defeating the Boston Red Sox in two games, there actually is no longer an 8:00 game on the schedule. However, NBC will air a New Blood rerun instead, electing to still save the new episode for next week.Related: ‘The Traitors: New Blood’s Xavier Scruggs Reveals the Strategy Behind Targeting Katie — And Why It Backfired (Exclusive)
