Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company has won a US $21.3mn contract from the Dammam Airports Company for the rehabilitation of water and wastewater infrastructure at King Fahad International Airport.
According to its filing to Saudi bourse Tadawul, the project scope includes the design, construction, supply, installation, replacement, rehabilitation and integration of water and wastewater infrastructure.
It also covers pumps, storage tanks and reservoirs, reverse osmosis (RO) facilities, piping and tie-ins, as well as electrical and instrumentation works. The project work will be completed within a period of 18 months, and the financial impact of the project is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, it added.
