After his performance as Eddie Miller in Adolescence won him a whole host of awards, Stephen Graham is now turning his hand to something very different – starring as a serial killer in new Apple TV series Nocturne.
Now, a first-look trailer has been unveiled for the drama, giving us glimpses of Graham's chilling portrayal, alongside co-stars Liev Schreiber and Zazie Beetz.
In the trailer, Graham's character, Jurek, appears to be pulling the strings of the FBI and homicide detective Jonah, played by Schreiber, even while imprisoned.
To find out more about a number of disappearances, Beetz's character Saga goes undercover in the prison as an inmate.

It has been developed, co-showrun, written and executive produced by John Hlavin (The Man Who Fell to Earth) and Rowan Joffe (Tin Star).
The synopsis says: "Nocturne tells the story of Jonah Lynn (Schreiber), an ex-soldier turned homicide detective who, tired of working the tough streets of Philadelphia, moves to a small town in Western Pennsylvania for a quiet life.
"But, as the town and his family come under attack from the diabolically cunning serial killer Jurek Walter (Graham), Jonah must protect all that he holds dear. When the desperate search for Jurek’s last missing victim forces Jonah to send his surrogate daughter FBI Agent Saga Bauer (Beetz) up against Jurek, how far will Jonah go?"
The series will start airing on Friday 30 October, the same day that Graham's latest film project, Animol, which is directed by his frequent collaborator and Adolescence co-star Ashley Walters, arrives in cinemas.
The ensemble cast starring alongside Graham, Schreiber and Beetz includes Bill Camp, Rory Culkin, Chrissy Metz, Poorna Jagannathan and Gary Carr.
