Portland, Oregon band Bridge City Sinners is set to close out 2026 with a four-date “New Years Evil” mini tour across the Pacific Northwest and Canada, including a New Year’s Eve show in their hometown.
The band announced the short tour on Instagram, calling it “NEW YEARS EVIL” and inviting fans to join them for a series of shows with Riley Downing of The Deslondes and Roselit Bone.
The mini tour begins Dec. 30 in Boise, Idaho, before moving to Portland on Dec. 31. The band will then play Bellingham, Washington, on Jan. 1, followed by a final stop in Vancouver, British Columbia, on Jan. 2.

Bridge City Sinners also said that presale tickets will begin Thursday, with a secret password to be revealed to fans.
The band added a New Year-themed invitation to the announcement: “Ready to drop the ball? Ring in the new year? Make some resolutions you’ll flake on by Valentine’s Day? The group grew from Portland’s street music community, where members Libby Lux and upright bassist Scott Michaud played together before the band took shape.
The band began with a loose lineup and a DIY approach. Per antiMusic, members had spent years traveling and playing music on sidewalks, in living rooms and other informal spaces before Bridge City Sinners started building a wider audience.
The group has also built a reputation for energetic live performances, with shows featuring eerie songs alongside loud singalongs.
Over the years, Bridge City Sinners have moved from street performances to national and international touring. They have appeared at festivals including Punk Rock Bowling, Muddy Roots, Riot Fest and Oregon’s Bluegrass String Summit.
The “New Years Evil” shows come as part of an active touring period for Bridge City Sinners.
The band has announced a fall 2026 schedule that includes the “Repent and Repeat” tour in the U.K. and Ireland from Sept. 30 through Oct. 11. The group is also scheduled for its “Trick or Treat” West Coast shows later in October before joining Streetlight Manifesto for three Texas dates in November.
The band’s fall schedule includes stops in Brighton, Nottingham, Newcastle upon Tyne, Manchester, Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin, Birmingham, London and Bristol during the U.K. and Ireland run.
The West Coast dates include shows in Tacoma, Washington; Ashland, Oregon; Petaluma, California; Felton, California; Berkeley, California; and Ventura, California.
The group will then play Dallas, Houston and San Antonio in November with Streetlight Manifesto.
Bridge City Sinners’ latest album, In the Age of Doubt, was released in 2024. Per Saving Country Music, the album reached No. 2 on the Billboard Bluegrass Albums chart, along with chart appearances on Emerging Artists, Heatseekers and Top Current Album Sales.
The band has also announced plans to release new music in 2027.
For now, the focus is on saying goodbye to 2026 with four shows across the Northwest and British Columbia.
