AVON, N.Y. — Two people from Rochester are facing charges after being accused of selling fentanyl and crack cocaine in Livingston County.
Following a drug investigation in the Town of Avon conducted by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Robert Ivey and Hughwanna Davis were arrested on Sept. 24. Here are the charges the two are facing:
Davis, 45
Two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance Two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance Conspiracy Criminal possession of a weapon in the second and fourth degrees Criminal possession of a firearm Criminal possession of stolen propertyIvey, 36
Two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance Four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, one count in fourth degree ConspiracyDavis was additionally charged with multiple weapon offenses, after deputies say they found a stolen Glock pistol and a pair of knuckle knives on her while she was being taken into custody.
Davis was remanded into the custody of the sheriff on $20,000 cash/credit or $100,000 secured bond. Deputies say Ivey was also remanded into the custody of the sheriff without the possibility of bail due to his previous felony convictions.
