ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are looking for the driver who they say hit a woman with a car during an argument on Monday morning, then took off.
The crash happened on Weld Street near Lays Alley. Officers say they responded around 1:15 a.m. and found the woman, 22, with a lower-body injury. An ambulance took her to the hospital, and she is expected to recover.
RPD describes the car that hit the woman as a white mid-size SUV. Police say she was standing next to the car during the argument, and the car took off heading east. Police are asking anyone with information to call 911.
