ROCHESTER, N.Y. — On Saturday, around 7:40 p.m., Rochester police responded to St. Paul Street and Avenue C for a crash; police say the driver received life-threatening injuries.
When officers got to the scene, it was learned that the 37-year-old Rochester man was driving north on St. Paul Street while he was in the Avenue C area; the driver crossed over into the southbound lane and crashed into a building on the west side of St. Paul Street, police explained.
He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, and police say no passengers were in the car. The building is closed for business, and police add that no one else was injured.
