ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Clera and chilly weather to start the first full day of fall. One exception is over parts of southern Livingston County where some fog is possible to start the day. Grab the shades as you head out with lots of bright sunshine in the forecast today. Temps will bounce back nicely into the 60s this afternoon. Threat Tracker will be green. Looking ahead to Thursday and Friday plan on more of the same. Clear and cool nights. Mild and sunny afternoons. Bit of a breeze of the lake each and every day.
Heading into the weekend we will see a few more clouds move in, but dry weather continues. There are a bunch of events and festivals and for now the weather is looking good for both Saturday and Sunday. Plan on fair and dry conditions if heading to the Bills game Sunday. The one thing we continue to monitor is a possible major storm off the east coast later this weekend. For now it appears the higher wind and rain chances will miss us to the east.
