Dubai-based luxury residential developer Condor Developers has handed over its US $81.2mn Golf Links 18 project in Dubai Sports City. Golf Links 18 is the fifth residential offering built by the developer.
The developer said that all 256 residential units have been handed over to a diverse mix of investors. Golf Links 18 has 126 studios, 98 1-bedroom, 28 2-bedroom as well as 3 3-bedroom apartments. The 14-floor Golf Links 18 is built on a 47,000sqft plot and the development has 18-lifestyle amenities, including: a Sky Retreat, 2-infinity pools, rooftop yoga deck, outdoor cinema, gym, sauna and steam room.

The developer’s completed residential portfolio includes Condor Castle in JVC, Condor Concept 7 in JVC, Condor Marina Star in Dubai Marina, Condor Golf Links 18 in Sport City and Condor Fortuna in Majan. It also said that Condor Sonate Residences is under construction and will be ready for handover in Q1 2027.
