Developer DHG Properties has completed Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). This milestone marks the company’s first residential development in the UAE and the establishment of its Helvetia brand.
The official completion was confirmed by Dubai Municipality through the issuance of the Building Completion Certificate (BCC).
Helvetia Residences comprises 430 residences spread across 25 floors and a built-up area of over 73,000sqm. The development was completed within a record 2-years, with its full superstructure being finished in just 12 months, said a statement.
This achievement was made possible through a coordinated construction program involving over 1,100 workers, technicians, and engineers at peak activity. Helvetia Residences blends advanced engineering with building systems and finishes, all designed to enhance durability, comfort, and long-term performance, it added.
The milestone comes at a time when delivery is becoming an important differentiator across Dubai’s residential market. With 24,800 homes completed during the first half of 2026, 37.6% increase year-on-year.
