ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Another cool day ahead with highs in the mid to upper 60s among mostly cloudy skies. there’s a slight chance of some light showers southwest of Rochester later this afternoon, but a much better chance of showers late tonight through tomorrow morning.
Make sure to have a rain jacket handy if you’ll be outside tomorrow morning from around 6-10am, especially near the FLX where rain will be heaviest. There may be some thunder embedded in the rain down there as well, but no severe weather is expected. Flood chances are also low, so we remain Green on the Threat Tracker. Highs will again be in the mid to upper 60s, and there should be some clearing in the skies late Sunday afternoon, leading to a partly cloudy Sunday night.
Monday is drier but cooler with highs only in the low 60s… This trend continues for the start of the fall season on Tuesday and through Wednesday as well. Next chance for unsettled weather is on Thursday.
