ALABAMA, N.Y. — A 31-year-old man is facing charges after Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies say he tried to kill a juvenile.
Colton Arlington-Mark Martin was arrested Thursday. Deputies say it all started at around 7:40 a.m. that day when they responded to a call for service on Macomber Road in Alabama.
During investigations, deputies say they learned a separate disturbance previously took place at a home on Judge Road. After further investigation, that’s when deputies say they learned Martin tried to kill a juvenile at the home.
Martin was charged with the following:
Attempted murder Attempted assault Reckless endangerment Strangulation Endangering the welfare of a child.Martin is currently being held on a $150,000 bail. He’s scheduled to appear in Genesee County Court at a later date.
