GENEVA, N.Y. — A Geneva man has been charged with third-degree rape following an investigation done by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say Ahmelle Whitfield, 21, had sexual contact with the victim Monday, who was 16 years old at that time. He was arrested Wednesday.
Whitfield was brought to the Ontario County Jail, where he’s currently being held.
