ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Goats returned to downtown Rochester for one last yoga class of the season.
The goats came charging into Austin Seward Plaza Tuesday afternoon. The friendly animals, provided by a farm in Victor, joined in by climbing on people’s backs during the session.
The event blends fitness with a playful twist.
“I love goats. I just wanted to do yoga, and be outside, it’s a very nice day outside, and the goats love me,” said participant Nazjahe Boswell.
The free event is part of the city’s “Downtown Definitely” initiative, aimed at making downtown Rochester an entertainment destination.
Future ‘Downtown Definitely’ events
The next event of the series is taking place Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at Mercantile on Main. This will be the final “Game Night” of the season. There will be free games, live music, and food and drinks available for purchase from La Bola.
After that, there will be only two more events:
