According to Chicago fire officials, authorities were called to the intersection of North Homan and West Chicago Avenue on Sunday afternoon for reports of a shooting.
Responding officers and firefighters found at least five individuals who had suffered gunshot wounds, and a sixth who had suffered injuries related to a car crash.
