First Alert Weather: Tracking a warmer Saturday afternoon with possible showers and thunder

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Clera skies to start the day with temps in the 50s. Bright sunshine for much of the morning will fade behind some increasing clouds during the afternoon, but most of the day will be dry. Weather will be nice for any high school football games this afternoon. It will start to feel more humid as the clouds move in late in the day. Keep the umbrella handy and an eye to the sky this evening if you are outdoors at any events like the Red Wings game or East Ave Festival. Warm and muggy night with a couple showers. Breezy and drier again for much of Sunday with some fair weather to close out the weekend. Threat Tracker will be green.

After a few showers Sunday night some fine weather arrives for Monday with sunshine and cool, dry conditions. Fair weather for Tuesday as well. Showers look to return Wednesday and Thursday next week. Need to watch the Thursday forecast closely for any rain impacts for the Bills home opener. Overall cooler weather pattern settles in later next week into the following weekend.
