SENECA COUNTY, N.Y. — The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office says it has taken a predator off the streets.
Deputies say Nicolas Champion, a 25-year-old from Waterloo, tried to meet up with who he thought were 14 and 16-year-old girls for sex. Deputies say he also sent sexual images, requesting photos of the victims.
