ROCHESTER, N.Y. — On Sunday, around 12:10 a.m., Rochester police responded to a Lake Avenue business, near Hincher Street, for someone shot inside.
When officers got to the business, they found a 29-year-old from Rochester with at least one gunshot wound, police say. He was taken to a local hospital and received surgery, and his condition is still life-threatening, police said.
No suspects are in custody, and police report that the investigation is ongoing.
