Chicago police are investigating after a man was killed and two other individuals were injured in a shooting in the Bronzeville neighborhood.
According to authorities, a group of people were gathered in the first block of East 37th Street at approximately 11:23 p.m. Saturday when a person fired shots into the group.
A 32-year-old man was one of the individuals struck by the gunfire, and he was rushed to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
A 31-year-old man was also shot, and was taken to an area hospital in critical condition.
One other victim, a 23-year-old woman, was shot in the right hand, and was listed in good condition at an area hospital.
Area One detectives are investigating the shooting, and no suspects were in custody.
