Jasprit Bumrah is following a carefully planned workload programme to keep him fit for the long term. The main focus is to manage his workload across formats and keep him ready for major events, especially the 2027 ICC ODI World Cup in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia.
The star pacer has already cleared his fitness tests and is now preparing to return to action. On the other hand, Rana is working hard on his comeback. He underwent major knee surgery in February and later suffered a hamstring strain. Because of this, he missed several white-ball games.
