The Baylen Out Loud Season 3 finale is just around the corner—and Baylen Dupree faced the possibility of a tic attack at her and Colin Dooley‘s wedding reception.
Ahead of the Aug. 25 finale, TLC shared a sneak peek with Parade of the bride, who lives with Tourette syndrome, struggling with what might be a sudden, severe onset of tics.

The clip begins with Baylen punching the table, as her mother, Julie Dupree, marveled, “The flowers are out of control. I told Shannon, she totally made it you.” As the bride again punched the place setting, her mom casually moved back the plate, while Baylen followed suit by moving her glass further away.
“Baylen’s had minimal tics at the reception so far,” Colin told producers. “But I could definitely tell that Baylen is becoming a little bit overstimulated and overwhelmed right now.”
That’s when Baylen started banging her head on her plate and the table. As both Colin and Julie attempted to help cushion Baylen’s involuntary movements, they grew worried.
“Oh, God! OK,” Julie exclaimed. She then explained to producers, “Between the drinking and the overstimulation, Baylen’s tics seem to be amping up. Of course it’s a concern.”

“I’m just gonna go outside and get a breath,” she told another woman at the table, who asked if Sammi wanted her to come and sit with her.
“Baylen seems to be on the verge of a possible tic attack,” Julie observed. “And now, on top of that, Sammi is through the roof with her anxiety. I hope we can make it through the rest of this night.”
