This milestone signifies Solaya’s transition from the planning and design phase to the delivery phase, with groundworks now underway across the development. Swissboring Overseas Piling, has been appointed to undertake the works, which include shoring, excavation, piling, and dewatering. The completion of these works is scheduled for between September and November 2026.
Solaya comprises 234 beachfront residences spread across nine buildings within a 40 acre plot in the heart of Jumeirah 1. The development offers a selection of 2,3,4, and 5-bedroom residences, as well as penthouses, signature garden houses, and duplexes.
