Alyshia Rushing, better known as Mama A by her hundreds of thousands of fans on TikTok, has passed away at the age of 26.
The tragic news was confirmed by a GoFundMe page set up in honor of the beloved content creator and mother of four.
“It is with profoundly heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Alyshia Rushing, lovingly known to so many as ‘Mama A,'” the website read. “There are no words that can fully express the pain of losing someone so suddenly. That heartbreak is especially deep for Alyshia’s four precious children: Karter, Raelynn, Zoey, and Aydan.”

It is being reported that Rushing died in a car accident on August 22 in Montgomery, Ala. According to WSFA-TV, a man and a woman were killed in the two-vehicle crash, and a male passenger was injured.
Rushing’s last TikTok video was posted just hours before her death. As expected, her followers were heartbroken by the news of her sudden passing.

“Alyshia was their mother, caregiver, provider, safe place, and greatest source of love. Her children are now facing an unimaginable loss while also adjusting to the practical changes that come with life without her,” the fundraiser stated. “Their father is now the only one caring for and providing for all four children, and this fundraiser has been created to help provide the stability, care, and resources they urgently need during this difficult transition.
“We cannot take away their grief or bring their Mama back, but we can help ensure they are supported, protected, and reminded that they are not alone.”
