AMHERST, N.Y. — A Rochester man has been indicted in connection to a deadly stabbing that happened back in April near Buffalo.
Tyshon White, 29, is charged with first-degree manslaughter and attempted assault. The Erie County District Attorney’s Office says on April 22, officers responded to a reported stabbing in Amherst.
The victim, 21-year-old Caden Nelipowitz, was brought to the hospital, where he died from a sharp force injury to his lower back.
The Erie County DA says White is accused of trying to seriously hurt Nelipowitz by hitting him with a car. The DA also says it is believed White stabbed Nelipowitz in the back and upper arm.
White is currently being held without bail.
