AVON, N.Y. — Police and deputies swarmed a home in the Village of Avon on Sunday morning over what they say was a swatting call for a double shooting.
The Avon Police chief says the caller falsely claimed that she shot and killed both of her parents. According to the chief, the Livingston County 911 Center got the call around 3:20 a.m.
