According to the outlet, Thomas is under doctors’ care at a Las Vegas hospital and is in the ICU. He is surrounded by family members as they speak with doctors about the next steps.
A representative for Thomas shared a statement with Variety following news of his hospitalization.
“We want to clarify that Pierre ‘P’ Thomas is alive and currently hospitalized, receiving medical care,” the rep shared in a statement. “We ask that everyone keep P and his family in their thoughts and prayers and respectfully give them the privacy and space they need during this time. We deeply appreciate everyone’s concern, support, prayers, and loving energy right now.”
Thomas is responsible for helping build the careers of stars including Migos, Lil Baby , and City Girls. He co-founded the hip-hop powerhouse with Kevin “Coach K” Lee in 2013. In 2023, Quality Control was acquired by Hybe America, which is led by Scooter Braun. However, Braun, a very well-known name in the music industry, departed as CEO in July 2025.
