BATH, N.Y. — Two inmates in the Steuben County Jail are facing new felony charges for assaulting another inmate.
Jonathan Rivaldo, 29, and Daniel Beal, 57, are both charged with second-degree assault. Steuben County Sheriff’s deputies say both of them assaulted another inmate on Aug. 16, causing injury.
