RICHMOND, N.Y. — A Rochester man is facing charges after Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies say he didn’t complete a home project after being paid to do so.
Christopher Holloway, 42, is charged with grand larceny. Deputies say Holloway signed a contract to complete a home project and got paid, but didn’t finish the agreed upon work.
He was brought to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
