Meet ‘The Traitors: New Blood’ Cast — Including a Former MLB Player ...Saudi Arabia

The Traitors is heading into uncharted waters. And we're not talking about the frigid lochs of Scotland.When the Emmy-winning reality TV sensation arrived on Peacock back in 2022, it utilized a hybrid cast of celebrities and rookies to the screen. Following that first season, however, the show chose to go with a celebrity-only format moving forward, bringing together some of the biggest names across pop culture to do battle in the most high-stakes game of Mafia they'll ever play. But, for the first time in the American version of The Traitors, the show is going civilian-only, bringing a full cast of newbies into the castle.The new season, branded The Traitors: New Blood, will serve as the fifth season of the show, and contain many similarities to its celebrity counterpart. The game is the same, with the Faithful trying — and usually failing — to catch the titular murderers. The host is the same, with Alan Cumming bringing his Emmy-winning panache and gravitas to a whole new group of faces. The biggest difference, besides the cast, is where Traitors fans will be able to check out the action. New Blood airs this fall on NBC, the first time the show has been shown on broadcast TV in full.
