ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Yoga on the Riverway is back with a free goat yoga session today at Austin Steward Plaza on Tuesday as part of Downtown Definitely event series.
The class welcomes all experience levels and runs from noon to 1 p.m. Friendly goats from Kaizen Ridge Farm of Victor will roam throughout the fenced event space during the session.
The first 25 people to arrive will receive a complimentary Downtown Definitely yoga mat strap.

Yoga on the Riverway is part of the 2026 Downtown Definitely Events season, a series of free community events presented by Rochester Downtown Development Corporation. Additional yoga sessions are scheduled for Aug. 25 and Sept. 15.
