If you're already daydreaming about your next big ocean escape, Celebrity Cruises just gave travel lovers a reason to start planning way ahead. The premium cruise line has officially dropped its full slate of 2028 and 2029 global sailings, packed with first-ever ports of call, extended seasonal stays, and exciting new places to eat on board.
Heading into its largest Northern European season to date, Celebrity is sending four of its popular Edge Series ships—Celebrity Beyond, Celebrity Xcel, Celebrity Ascent, and Celebrity Apex—across the region.
The biggest headline for island-hoppers is Celebrity Apex making the cruise line's first-ever stop in Galway, Ireland, as part of a new 12-night British Isles trip exploring Scotland, England, and Ireland. The line is also bringing back beloved historical routes, including a return to Bari, Italy, for the first time in over a decade aboard Celebrity Constellation, alongside overnight stays in Alexandria, Egypt, on Celebrity Infinity.

Cruisers setting sail on Celebrity Beyond will have plenty of delicious new options to try when the ship heads back to Europe following its scheduled 2026 upgrade. The ship is debuting the Celebrity Pool Club, an elevated outdoor poolside space featuring two brand-new food and drink spots: Orange Peel Bar & Grille and Tacos del Sol. For guests who love open-air meals with a view, the ship is also introducing Bora, a new al fresco Mediterranean restaurant serving fresh regional dishes right on deck.

Worldwide Bucket-List Trips from Japan to Antarctica
The brand's 2028–2029 lineup extends well beyond European waters. For the first time, Celebrity Solstice will spend a full season in Japan from April through October 2028, giving travelers unprecedented access to Tokyo, overnight stays in Kyoto, and 17 visits to tropical Okinawa.
Meanwhile, Celebrity Equinox is taking on an ambitious multi-region schedule. The ship will make its very first Alaska debut with open-jaw sailings between Vancouver and Seward (paired with optional land-based Denali tours), run round-trip Hawaii sailings departing directly from Los Angeles, and head down to South America for a special 16-night holiday voyage through the wild, icy landscapes of Antarctica.
