YOUNGSTOWN — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Jessica Dothard. She is wanted by the Youngstown Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service on an aggravated burglary charge.
Dothard, 32, is described as being about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing about 137 pounds. She has been known to frequent the Youngstown, Akron and Cleveland areas.
