RICHMOND, N.Y. — Two people are facing charges after they were caught during an active burglary by a homeowner in the Town of Richmond on Sunday.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 19-year-old Alexandria Mosher and 22-year-old Dominick Wood from Lima were arrested for burglary after they were found inside a home. Deputies say the homeowner shot out the tires of their car while they were in the home.
Both suspects then surrendered to the homeowner, walking outside with their arms raised when they heard the gunshots. Mosher and Wood were arraigned and released.
