JEDDAH — Thunderstorms accompanied by hail are expected over parts of the Kingdom on Sunday, while temperatures are forecast to reach up to 47°C in some areas, according to the National Center for Meteorology (NCM). Riyadh and Dammam are forecast to reach highs of 46°C, while temperatures are expected to climb to 42°C in Makkah, 43°C in Madinah, and 39°C in Jeddah. Elsewhere, highs of 30°C are expected in Abha, 38°C in Tabuk and Jazan, 47°C in Buraidah, 42°C in Hail and Sakaka, 29°C in Al-Baha, 43°C in Arar, and 41°C in Najran. As for the NCM's rain forecast, thunderstorms accompanied by hail are expected over parts of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah.
