The fall is without a doubt a positively delicious time to visit Walt Disney World. There’s a bounty of limited-time treats for spooky season and the return of the longstanding EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. Now, Disney has announced it’s sweetening the deal with a brand-new pop-up at Magic Kingdom Theme Park.
Specially crafted food and drinks will be coming to The Diamond Horseshoe. Located in the park’s Liberty Square, the venue is modeled after an old-fashioned Wild West music hall.

The menu will be centered around specialty beverages and shareable bites and will welcome “fine city folk and cowboys alike.” Of its highlights, there will be a savory charcuterie board with cured beef, ‘fancy bacon’, smoked pork, green chilecheese, smoked cheddar and pickles. There will also be mocktails and cocktails, including a lemonade made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry and hot honey garnished with a chile-lime rim. The imbibing crowd can sip on a refreshing margarita crafted with LALO Blanco tequila, prickly pear, lime and agave.
More menu items will be shared in the near future. The pop-up dining location will operate with both reservations and walk-up availability in the My Disney Experience app.

The space, previously an all-you-care-to-enjoy restaurant known for its ooegy gooey toffee cake (which is still offered next door at the Liberty Tree Tavern), is currently being used as part of the resort-wide Cool KIDS’ SUMMER with the energetic Jessie’s Roundup: A Rip-Roarin’ Revue, which will remain until Sept. 8, 2026.
If you can’t wait to ditch the sheriff for the shareables, you can currently wet your whistle (and appetite) at the nearby Beak & Barrel, a Pirates of the Caribbean lounge. The immersive space themed after the iconic attraction currently serves its own version of a margarita crafted with LALO Blanco Tequila and ube.
