The cricket board of New Zealand has officially released its full fixture for the tournament on August 5 for their upcoming matches in the Top End T20 tournament in Darwin, Australia. For the tournament, the BLACKCAPS will send the A team.

Along with the Big Bash League, the Top End T20 has become another popular franchise league in Australia, which is designed as a platform for the emerging cricketers from multiple strong franchise teams from different franchise leagues.
Perth Scorchers Academy was the winner of the previous season of the tournament. In 2022, Cricket Australia XI claimed the trophy; in 2023, it was NT Strike; and in 2024, Adelaide Strikers Academy emerged as the winners of the competition. With the A team of NZ, this year’s tournament is expected to be more intense.

Welcoming the opportunity, NZ Cricket’s Head of High Performance Development Pete Sanford expressed that the tournament will allow them to evaluate the team’s performance, as there will be some top-notch talent in the teams.
