Page Six also noted that royals expert Kinsey Schofield said, “Charles has always had a compassionate streak, and despite everything that’s happened, he has rarely gone out of his way to be overtly unkind towards Meghan.” Schoefield added, “A discreet gesture would be entirely in keeping with his character.”
Based on the experts’ opinions, it doesn’t seem likely that King Charles or any of the other royals (such as Prince Williamor Kate Middleton) will make an overtly public gesture to acknowledge Meghan’s milestone birthday. That said, they could privately wish their family member a happy birthday.
How will Meghan Markle celebrate her 45th birthday?
While there’s no news yet on how Markle will celebrate her 45th, the Duchess of Sussex isn’t one for lavish parties and showy events. That makes it possible she’ll spend the day quietly with the people she loves most—Harry, Archie, and Lillibet.
Last year Meghan quietly posted a pic of herself (on Instagram the day after her Bday) on her 44th with the caption, “Blowing out the candles on a beautiful 24 hours, and thanking my husband, friends, and family for making it special.”
