USA cricketer Bodugum Akhilesh Reddy has been banned from all forms of cricket for eight years after an ICC Anti-Corruption Tribunal found him guilty of breaking the ICC Anti-Corruption Code.

ICC suspends USA star Bodugum Akhilesh Reddy for 8 years

The 26-year-old was found guilty of three different anti-corruption charges linked to the 2025 Abu Dhabi T10 tournament held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Amid this, Finn Allen is set to become BBL's highest-paid player with a record-breaking A$600K offer.

    The ICC was looking after the anti-corruption work during the tournament after being appointed by the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) as the Designated Anti-Corruption Official (DACO).

    Reddy's eight-year ban has been counted from November 21, 2025, the day when he was provisionally suspended while the investigation was going on. The ICC ban means Reddy will not be allowed to play any form of cricket during the eight-year period.
