Claims can be filed online or by mail through the official settlement administrator. Customers who no longer have their notification letter can use the settlement website's ID lookup tool to determine whether they're eligible.
The court's final approval hearing is currently scheduled for Aug. 5, 2026. If the settlement is approved, eligible claimants who submit valid claims will receive benefits according to the settlement terms.
