ALBION, N.Y. — A group of eight undocumented immigrants were arrested on Thursday on a solar farm. Seven of them are from Venezuela.
Border Patrol tells News10NBC those arrested were working on a solar farm project on Riches Corner Road in Albion. They’ve been taken to Rochester and Buffalo Customs and Border Patrol stations for processing, then they’ll be turned over to ICE for deportation.
Border Patrol tells us they went to that location after getting a tip.
