ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Free vision screenings for kids will take place at the Strong National Museum of Play on Thursday, from noon to 2 p.m. in the Adams Atrium. People from pre-K through high school will be eligible for screening.
Screenings are also set for Aug. 20 from noon to 2 p.m. in the same location.
Volunteers from the URochester Medicine Flaum Eye Institute’s Pediatric MobilEyes program will do the screenings. It’s part of the museum’s Summer of Exploration program, partnered with CooperVision, to educate people about eye health.
