Fans itching to see the Cubs and White Sox do battle will get two chances in less than a month next year, as the Cubs will play the White Sox at Wrigley Field coming out of the All-Star break starting on July 16, with a follow-up three game series at Rate Field beginning August 6.
Other noteworthy teams visiting Chicago next year will include the Seattle Mariners, who will be in town in early May, and the Boston Red Sox, who will be in Chicago at the end of July.
The Cubs will finish the season with a six-game road trip against National League East teams, with the Phillies and the Mets on the docket. Their final home series of the season will also be played against the Mets beginning on September 17.
