Hathaway has had an eventful few weeks promoting the summer Christopher Nolan blockbuster. On June 30, she accidentally wore a bold red jumpsuit from Ashlyn New York’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection backwards, inciting a tiny media firestorm and posting a hilariously self-deprecating Instagram video admitting the mistake, on July 5th she radiated just-about-to-be-a-mama-for-the-third-time energy in a jaw-droppingly gorgeous ruffled Blumarine mini dress and over-the-knee suede Gianvito Rossi boots, on July 6th she cradled her baby bump while posing for pics in a custom Dior creation at the London premiere of The Odyssey, on July 7th she popped up in Paris, and on July 14th she sparkled in a crystal-embelishhed Prada gown at the New York premiere.
Whew! That’s a lot. Add on being pregnant, and the whirlwind press tour can’t be easy. Between the hormones and all of the Odyssey excitement, it’s completely understandable that the actress could (and did) break down in tears. So what made Anne sob?
During a recent appearance on TODAY, the hosts gifted Hathaway a basket of baby swag. But it wasn’t just any off-the-shelf item. Of course, Hathaway couldn’t get over the absolute adorableness of it all, adding, “This is appropriately epic. Thank you so much. This is amazing”
