ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Roads around Blue Cross Arena will close Wednesday morning starting at 8 a.m. as family, friends and firefighters from across the region gather to remember Rochester Fire Lieutenant John “JJ” Joseph.
Joseph died after a battle with occupational cancer. The Rochester community is preparing to honor one of its own.
