STAFFORD, N.Y. — A man is facing charges after Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies say he made a terroristic threat towards a town court.
Deputies arrested Charles Perl at his home on Main Street in Stafford on July 1. They say the 67-year-old made a violent threat against the Stafford Town Court.
Sheriff’s documents say Perl was arraigned last week.
